An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Delivery Officer to join the Informatics Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our dynamic Projects and Programmes team, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to support the successful delivery of digital initiatives across the Trust.

The team leads on implementing digital change at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, and in this role, you will work alongside Project Managers and Business Analysts to coordinate project activities, prepare reports, organise and attend meetings, and contribute to the delivery of project objectives.

As a valued member of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the effective use of data, information, knowledge, and technology to drive improvements across a diverse portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives within the organisation.

Main duties of the job

You will play a key role in supporting project managers and business analysts in coordinating and delivering projects across the full Project Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC). You will do this by maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and auditable project documentation in line with the PDLC and Trusts governance requirements.

You will take responsibility for coordinating and supporting project governance and stakeholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up. As well as carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support project delivery, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met.

Alongside your colleagues you will contribute to the successful delivery of digital projects that align with the Trusts strategic objectives and priorities.

You will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, actively contributing to a positive and productive team environment, whilst developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.
