Reporting to either a project manager or senior project manager, your role will deliver support teams to deliver key projects across the trust that supports the trusts digital strategy. Main duties of the job

As Delivery Analyst & Project Officer, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering the DIT strategy across LTHT . The post holder will provide a comprehensive delivery analyst and project support service to the Informatics Delivery Team, encompassing Digital Project Management, Implementation and Training. To have own areas of responsibility including the development of Delivery reporting systems, creation and management of the DIT Delivery Dashboard and responsibility for adherence to the Project Governance and Implementations Gateway processes. The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.

What you will bring to the role

Good standard of education to a minimum of GCSE.

A willingness to undergo personal development and learn new skills.

Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.

Experience of working in a structured project environment.

Confident in dealings with directors, managers, clinical staffand other stakeholders.

Candemonstratean understanding ofproject/changemanagement activities or experience of working on a project.

MS Office products Word, Excel, Outlook& PowerPoint.

Administrative experience.

Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
