Are you ready to use your training skills in a way that makes a positive impact on people’s lives? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of our Digital Capability & Training team within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Reporting to the Digital Training Manager, you will lead on varied workstreams to improve the digital capability of staff at all levels of the Trust. You will manage your own portfolio of training projects, working with stakeholders to deliver dynamic, impactful learning interventions.

Our training offer is continually evolving to include new approaches, such as video and web content. You will have the opportunity not only to learn new skills, but also to help us grow and expand our services based on your unique perspective.

• Experience designing and delivering learning materials that improve skills with digital software and/or hardware.
• The ability to lead educational projects and workstreams, create and maintain related documentation, and deliver outcomes to agreed timescales and budgets.
• The ability to engage autonomously with relevant stakeholders to develop learning interventions, taking accountability for the outcomes.
• The ability to communicate detailed information, advice, and guidance on issues related to digital learning.
• The ability to analyse the effectiveness of a learning provision using a variety of feedback methods and communicate the results to relevant colleagues at project meetings and committees.
• The ability to represent the Digital Capability & Training team effectively at meetings and events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
