Main duties of the job

If you are ready to use your Project Management and Leadership skills in a way that makes a positive impact on peoples lives? then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to become a member of our DIT Solutions Delivery team within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You will work closely with project teams, business analysts, developers and operational stakeholders to ensure new functionality is implemented and existing functionality is optimised and benefits realised. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a methodical approach, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to delivering high standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What you will bring to the role

Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
Experience of working in a structured project environment
Able to work with all staff levels and disciplines
Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings
A good team player, with the ability to work flexibly in a diverse and demanding environment to meet the evolving needs of the department
Evidence of leading (or assisting with) work streams which examine or change working practices
Evidence of implementing new technology and demonstrating an understanding of the opportunities it creates
High standard of written English, especially report writing
Ability to motivate others
