Main duties of the job
Reporting to either a programme manager or a head of delivery, your role will deliver lead teams to deliver key projects across the trust that supports the trusts digital strategy. This fixed term role is for 12 months specifically to work on a high profile project relating to Radiology imaging and one of our trusts most critical systems (PACS). What you will bring to the roleProject management qualification.
End to end project management experience.
Strong leadership / management skills with the ability to support the development of more junior project staff.
Experience of working in a technical or healthcare setting.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Experience of working within a defined project management methodology including the creation and management of relevant or artefacts.
Understanding of national NHS strategies / policies and the challenges currently faced by the NHS.
Securing and monitoring substantial project budgets.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously across a range of work areas.
