The OpportunityLegacyX is seeking an ambitious, strategic, and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team.
As COO, you will work directly alongside the CEO to drive operational excellence, build scalable systems, oversee business functions, support fundraising activities, and help execute the Company's long-term vision.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the Company's strategic objectives.
- Translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
- Support the growth and expansion of LegacyX across products, services, and markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies.
- Ensure effective execution of company initiatives and projects.
- Monitor performance metrics and key operational objectives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Work closely with department leaders to ensure alignment across the organisation.
- Assist in building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Assist with commercial negotiations and relationship management.
- Support expansion initiatives and market development activities.
- Work alongside the CEO, CFO, and Head of Finance to support fundraising efforts.
- Assist in preparing investor materials, presentations, and operational reporting.
- Participate in investor discussions and due diligence processes where required.
- Help position the Company for future investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and development teams.
- Ensure operational readiness for product launches and growth initiatives.
- Support successful execution of technology and innovation projects.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Support risk management initiatives and internal governance procedures.
- Help establish best practices for operational oversight.

- Experience in operations, business management, leadership, or entrepreneurship.

- Experience supporting fundraising or investment activities.
- Understanding of SaaS, AI, social platforms, mobile applications, or technology-driven products.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
This is an equity-based executive leadership opportunity within LegacyX UK Inc. Limited.
The successful candidate will receive an equity allocation in the Company, providing the opportunity to share directly in the long-term success, growth, and value creation of LegacyX.
The equity allocation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, expected contribution, commitment level, and strategic value to the business. Equity shall be subject to a vesting schedule and documented under a separate Equity Agreement.
