The Role
As we launch our brand-new London office, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the UK market. This is a strategic role for a results-oriented professional who understands the nuances of the legal sector and has a proven track record of selling complex SaaS and consultancy solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
You will be joining at a pivotal time, helping to establish our physical presence in London while driving the adoption of cutting-edge Generative AI tools and document management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the UK legal market.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with CIOs, CKOs, and Managing Partners at law firms.
- Consultative Selling: Effectively communicate the value of integrated legal tech stacks, including Document Management, CRM, and AI-powered Knowledge Management.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the process from initial discovery and technical demonstrations to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at major industry events and webinars, positioning our firm as a thought leader in Legal AI and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with international technical and implementation teams to ensure client success and high retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the legal technology or professional services software sector.
- Proven Track Record: A history of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value sales quotas and managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Established Network: A strong existing network of contacts within the legal sector and corporate legal departments in the UK.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate business value over technical features.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: The motivation to help build a new office culture and expand our footprint in a competitive market.
