You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quoBuild the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy liftingAbout the roleWe’re looking for a Lead Python Engineer to join our Data Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the systems and data infrastructure that power our US products.In this role you’ll balance hands-on engineering with team leadership — owning the technical direction of your squad, mentoring a small team of 1–2 engineers, and still getting deep into the code yourself. You’ll design and build robust data pipelines, APIs and services that drive real decisions across the business, all while keeping quality and scalability at the forefront.You’ll be a key voice in architectural discussions, helping to define how we build and evolve our data platform as we scale into the US market.
