Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Lennox Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of our Executive Search clients based in central London.

Overview:

• Client works with Tech and Private equity clients around the world
• You will be sourcing candidates for these vacancies - lots of headhunting
• Average deal size 15-60k
• Based full time in the office for the first 6 months
• Hybrid working available after probation
• Team of 7 currently with huge growth plans for this year
• 27k base during probation rising to 30k after you probation
• 20% commission - no threshold
• Lots of ongoing training and development with the view of you transitioning into a 360 consultant within the first 5 months

What we are looking for:

• 6-12 months recruitment experience within a white collar/ corporate sector

or

• Graduate without any prior recruitment experience but all of the right skill set and attributes; well spoken, articulate, switched on with good communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
