Retail Sales Trainer – Lenovo & Motorola

Location: UK (Field-based)

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with people? We are looking for an energetic Retail Sales Trainer to represent Lenovo and Motorola, delivering impactful training that inspires retail teams and drives sales.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver engaging in-store and event training sessions to retail teams
• Become a product expert across Lenovo and Motorola devices
• Coach, motivate, and inspire retail staff to improve sales performance
• Enhance in-store presence through merchandising, promotions, and point-of-sale execution
• Represent leading global brands at events, activations, and product launches

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage audiences
• Experience in retail, training, or customer-facing roles (consumer electronics preferred)
• A genuine passion for technology and willingness to learn
• A full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
