Implementation Engineer

The Job:

The Role:

Leo Technology have partnered with an exciting business who specialise in employee app and intranet solutions. Their award winning platform is on a mission to make communication simple and due to organic company growth, they're now looking to appoint a talented Technical Implementation Engineer!

This is ahighly technical position, where you'll be a key point of contact during the client implementation and onboarding process. You will own tasks such as SSO configuration, user provisioning, and data integration. This role is well suited to someone who is currently (or has previously) worked in a hands-on engineering capacity (tech stack C# .NET, Azure), but is also happy operating in a heavily customer-facing role.

You'll partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams and will heavily support both pre-sales conversations and post-sale implementations to deliver smooth technical onboarding experiences for enterprise customers.

The Person:

• Experience working in a hands on engineering role within a Microsoft environment (C#, .NET, Azure)
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation roles
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs
• Experience working in cloud-based environments
• Strong customer facing skills and experience
