- Lead and manage a team of technical service managers, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of hosting, networks, desktop, data storage, collaboration tools, cloud services, and DevOps.
- Drive service availability, resilience, and security across all platforms.
- Develop and implement governance models for TechOps.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Report to senior leadership on service performance and risk.
- Champion automation and efficiency initiatives to optimise service delivery.
- Proven experience in leading technical service management functions within large-scale organisations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks.
- Expertise in hosting, networks, cloud platforms, and DevOps environments.
- Ability to manage complex service portfolios and drive operational excellence.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, and governance.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
