What you'll bring

• Systems Engineering (e.g. problem definition, architecture, MBSE, integration, verification & validation)

Domain Expertise (e.g. digital signal processing, RF systems, AI/ML, multi-sensor fusion, electronic warfare)Collaboration with specialists in safety, security, and reliability to deliver robust solutions

What you'll do

• Defining and developing system requirements

Leading concept studies and system trade-offsPrototyping new technologiesSolving integration challenges and testing solutionsWorking with industry partners and sharing knowledge

Salary Range:

• Lead Engineer £67,000 to £81,000

Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.
