The average household spends 40% of income on rent or mortgage. Property is the biggest cost in our lives. Yet the system is completely broken. It still runs on scribbles, spreadsheets, and “sorry, we missed your call.” We’re replacing the entire agency stack with domain-specific AI agents that:

What We’re Looking For

• Problem Solver – You love hard problems and have a track record of solving them.
• High Agency & Ownership – You force things into existence. You build, ship, and take responsibility.
• Proven Builder – 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
• AI Native – You’ve built with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agentic systems. You understand their power, and their limits.

You’re fluent in:

• 🐍 Python / FastAPI
• ⚛️ TypeScript / React / Next.js
• 🗄️ PostgreSQL, relational databases
• ☁️ Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) and containerisation (Docker)

Bonus points:

• Experience in early-stage startups or 0→1 environments.
• You’ve owned product – from idea to production impact
• Analytics experience (PostHog, Mixpanel).
• Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
