Business Integration Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Technical Lead to support a large-scale merger and transformation programme. This role will focus on leading the integration of systems, data, and processes across a newly acquired business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integration architecture and technical delivery across the programme
  • Define integration approaches across key platforms (ERP, CRM, operational systems)
  • Oversee system onboarding, migration, and data integration
  • Work closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight

Requirements

  • Proven experience in integration delivery within M&A or transformation programmes
  • Strong background in integration architecture (API-led or event-driven)
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms (Oracle Fusion and Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools (e.g. Boomi, SnapLogic)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
