Role Overview:

As a Finance Change Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing transformative changes within the business. You will champion the integration of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts, ensuring seamless implementation and widespread adoption across the organization, in addition to ensuring business readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive change initiatives, aligning with business goals and ensuring clear outcomes
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and integrate change plans, considering impacts on people, processes, and systems
  • Craft comprehensive communication plans to articulate change reasons and impacts
  • Engage stakeholders, conduct impact assessments, and address skill gaps through tailored training programs
  • Establish engagement strategies, proactively overcome resistance, and define metrics for monitoring progress
  • Collaborate with teams to embed change principles and ensure seamless transitions
  • Identify and mitigate adoption risks to prevent change saturation

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally experienced in technology-led/enabled change, such as Salesforce or Oracle Fusion.
  • Deep expertise in Change Management topics, preferably with certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • Ability to understand and empathize with individuals and teams affected by change.
  • Ability to establish business readiness
  • Strong understanding of project management principles to integrate change management into project plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding listening skills and empathy.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive towards common goals.
  • Good understanding of finance processes to support change within the finance team.
