Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to support a leading publishing company across three key projects. You’ll lead two discovery initiatives focused on procurement, sustainability and governance, assessing the current landscape and defining clear recommendations and future-state solutions. You’ll also support a more strategic piece of work exploring the use of an AI automation tool within the customer service function. The ideal candidate will have strong discovery, stakeholder engagement and solution-design experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology roadmaps. This is an outside IR35 contract offering hybrid or fully remote working
