As we enter the next phase of growth, we are investing in our internal infrastructure, process and people, and are hiring a Talent & Operations Manager to help lead this.
This is a varied role combining talent mapping, internal recruitment, customer engagement and operational support.
What this role involves
- Build and maintain structured talent pipelines
- Conduct detailed market mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Support internal hiring, from sourcing through to onboarding coordination
- Manage contractor agreements, timesheets and compliance administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
- Support HR processes including reviews, probation tracking and employee records
- Provide operational support to ensure the business runs smoothly and predictably
