As we enter the next phase of growth, we are investing in our internal infrastructure, process and people, and are hiring a Talent & Operations Manager to help lead this.

This is a varied role combining talent mapping, internal recruitment, customer engagement and operational support.

What this role involves

  • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines
  • Conduct detailed market mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Support internal hiring, from sourcing through to onboarding coordination
  • Manage contractor agreements, timesheets and compliance administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
  • Support HR processes including reviews, probation tracking and employee records
  • Provide operational support to ensure the business runs smoothly and predictably
