Salesforce Architect

Were seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the technical vision, governance, and design of our clients Salesforce ecosystem. This role would be ideal for a developer looking to move into a Architecture role.

Responsibilities

Act as the architectural authority for Salesforce, guiding internal teams and collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and the Salesforce community.

Define and enforce architecture principles, governance frameworks, and development standards, ensuring platform consistency and best practices.

Support on solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions, translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions.

Develop and maintain the Salesforce architecture roadmap, aligning with enterprise priorities and future Salesforce capabilities such as AI, MuleSoft, and Tableau.

Oversee enterprise integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data and process flow.

Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and governance policies.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales (including CPQ), Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds.

Strong technical expertise in Apex (including FFLib), Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Flow Builder, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).

Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, performance optimization, and data modeling.

Proven experience leading complex Salesforce projects and aligning technical solutions to business outcomes.

Proficiency in Force.com, Heroku, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem including Partner and AppExchange solutions.

Knowledge of integration design, relational database modeling, web services, and data migration techniques.
