Test Environment Manager- Open to contract/ Perm

I’m currently working with a leading UK-based organisation looking to bring in an experienced Test Environment Manager to support large-scale, fast-paced delivery programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working at the intersection of testing, delivery, and platform teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the setup, coordination, and maintenance of end-to-end test environments
• Ensuring environments are stable, available, and ready to support integrated testing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align environment readiness with delivery plans
• Driving improvements in tooling, monitoring, and environment governance
• Acting as the go-to contact for environment-related issues and escalations

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing test environments in large-scale delivery settings
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and traditional delivery models
• Experience with cloud-based environments (Azure preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
