About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI & Privacy Manager to join our Consulting team in London. This role is positioned for established professionals with deep expertise in privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance, combined with demonstrable leadership in client-facing consulting environments. You will take ownership of complex engagements, provide authoritative regulatory and risk advisory, and lead the design and execution of enterprise-scale AI and privacy programmes across multiple sectors.

Role Description

As an AI Manager in Consulting, you will oversee and strategize the implementation of AI-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance frameworks. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, conducting client consultations, designing AI strategies, and managing projects. You will also be responsible for advising clients on AI compliance and risk management while keeping up with relevant industry trends and regulations. This is a full-time remote position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI Compliance, Governance, and Risk Management (GRC), with a command of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience in strategy development, organizational governance, and project management within AI or technology sectors.
• Hands-on expertise with AI technologies, data systems, and analytics tools relevant to legal, risk, and strategy consulting.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to successfully collaborate across teams and with clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, delivering impactful business solutions to clients.
• Advanced degree in data science, business strategy, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a senior advisor to clients on global AI regulation and data protection frameworks, including cross-border compliance requirements
• Lead the development and implementation of AI and privacy governance models, policies, and operating procedures
• Direct AI and privacy maturity assessments, translating findings into actionable, board-level strategic roadmaps
• Oversee and quality-assure multi-disciplinary delivery teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, regulators, and executive leadership
• Contribute to business development, client proposals, and external thought leadership in AI and privacy governance
