Depending on size and complexity, a Product Manager may manage a single product or a portfolio and will collaborate with teams across the organisation to successfully bring new products to market and maintain existing products. About the RoleWe are seeking a data driven and analytically minded Product Manager to support the development and growth of our UKI capabilities by developing and maintaining insurance specific products. Working closely with teams across the business such as Marketing, Finance and Engineering, you will help identify customer needs, shape data-driven products and deliver solutions that create measurable value. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, and drive innovation.ResponsibilitiesInteract frequently with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for data driven capabilitiesIdentify customer and business needs and prioritise work based on value, impact, and strategic alignmentEvaluate new content against identified customer needsUtilise fail-fast methodologies enabling rapid experimentation followed by informed decision-makingMaintain product backlogs to support effective delivery of data productsManage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication on priorities, progress, and delivery outcomesWork closely with Product Leads, contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussionsSupport go to market (GTM) activities, including timelines, value messaging, and enablement needs with GTM partnersRequirementsDemonstrable experience in product management or product ownership, with responsibility for backlog prioritisation and delivery of customer facing capabilitiesProven ability gathering comprehensive requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translating them into actionable developmentIdeally proven experience working with dataStrong ability to balance immediate priorities and future strategySelf-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and owning key deliverablesStrong understanding of agile methodologiesExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsRisk benefit statementLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
