Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Technology, the team supports customer engagements by translating business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.About the Role: You will act as a subject matter expert across the UK Identity & Fraud market, supporting customers and internal sales teams with insight, strategy, and solution design. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by translating complex requirements into practical, effective solutions that balance customer experience with robust authentication.Responsibilities:Provide expertise by applying product, process, and market knowledge across the UK ID & Fraud customer baseMaintain awareness of market, technology, and regulatory trendsDrive revenue through education, consulting, and support of the UK sales forcePartner with larger customers to develop identity strategies balancing customer journey efficiency and strong authenticationEngage with internal and external customers to translate requirements into persuasive business cases and recommended solutionsAnalyse customer objectives and present findings through professional presentations and workflows alongside sales teamsShare best practices and provide insights to management and broader teamsCollaborate with Strategy & Product Management to align on plans and identify new solution opportunitiesRequirements:Excellent project management and analytical skillsExperience positioning complex solutions in a team-based selling environmentCuriosity and ability to deeply understand customer needsBrilliant organisational, time management, and interpersonal skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsDemonstrates initiative, accountability, and a bias for actionExcellent networking and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailPlease note that this is a pre-sales position and as such will require travel to customer sites across the UK.
