Responsibilities: Create and own 5-year strategy for Motor vertical Lead commercial growth and development of vertical Explore opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships Provide clarity to the business on direction of travel and priorities Lead detailed customer, competitor and market analysis Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Provide thought leadership to business and industry on motor trends Requirements: To be successful in the role, the candidate should be able to demonstrate: Data Led, analytical and curious - fact-based research and recommendations, with ability to synthesise information down into meaningful story for the business Industry Experience - deep understanding of the motor insurance market, including trends, pain points and emerging themes.
