About our Team You will be part of an international team delivering implementations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions clients.

About the role: The Professional Services Consultant – Bridger FCC is responsible for delivering business-focused implementation, configuration, and advisory services for the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Bridger Financial Crime Compliance platform.

This role is functional, focused on compliance strategy, business process alignment, client onboarding, and adoption. No hands-on technical implementation / installation is involved, however the role requires conceptual understanding of APIs and integration approaches to support client discussions and coordination with technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional Implementation & Configuration: Lead the functional implementation of Bridger solutions, partnering with clients to align system configuration with AML, sanctions, and PEP screening policies. This role involves facilitating client workshops to capture compliance, business, and operational requirements, translating regulatory and business needs into effective workflows and screening strategies, and advising on best‐practice use of Bridger, including alert handling, escalation models, governance, and operational efficiency. The role also serves as the primary functional point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and delivery.
  • Migration & Change Enablement: Support client migrations from legacy platforms by leading functional and business‐readiness activities. This includes guiding clients on data mapping and validation approaches, advising on operational transition planning, and coordinating closely with technical teams to ensure a smooth and effective migration into the target solution.
  • Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted compliance advisor, providing guidance on regulatory expectations and industry best practices while communicating effectively with compliance officers, risk teams, and operational stakeholders at all levels of seniority. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Technical Consulting teams to ensure client objectives are met, and supports proof‐of‐concept and pre‐sales activities by clearly articulating functional value and expected compliance outcomes.
  • Training, Documentation & Enablement: Deliver client training on Bridger functionality, workflows, and key compliance use cases, ensuring users are equipped for effective day‐to‐day operation. The role develops clear functional documentation, user guides, and configuration summaries to support long‐term adoption, and contributes to standardised delivery assets, templates, and best‐practice materials to drive consistency and quality across client engagements.
  • Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution: Identify opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency, client satisfaction, and functional methodologies, driving continuous improvement across engagements. The role provides structured feedback to Product Management on functional enhancements and evolving client needs, and represents the FCC Professional Services team in targeted internal and external forums to support alignment, visibility, and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in compliance, risk, business, or a related field.
  • Financial crime compliance, professional services, or business consulting.
  • Delivering functional implementations of SaaS solutions
  • Consultative Skills: Excellent client-facing advisory capability with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
  • Communication: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Functional Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of sanctions screening, PEP processes, alert workflows, and broader compliance operations, with the ability to configure and optimise compliance systems to meet regulatory requirements and support effective, risk‐based screening outcomes
  • Experience with LexisNexis Bridger FCC, WorldCompliance, or similar screening platforms.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
  • Additional language capability in French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German.
  • Awareness of API-based integration concepts sufficient to discuss data flows and integration approaches with clients and technical teams.
