You will lead a high-volume, multi-location operation balancing operational stability with large-scale transformation. The role focuses on defining operational requirements, shaping technology and AI solutions with technology teams, and driving adoption of a digital-first, automated operating model-without owning technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pensions administration operations ensuring performance, compliance, and service excellence
- Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation to reduce manual processes and improve member experience
- Define and influence technology and operational requirements with cross-functional teams
- Maintain operational continuity while delivering large-scale change
- Lead and develop large, geographically dispersed teams
- Act as senior escalation point for complex operational and client issues
- Influence stakeholders and drive cultural and organisational change
- Shape multi-year transformation and digital roadmaps
- Champion continuous improvement, efficiency, and service innovation
