AI & Automation Delivery Analyst (Contract)

Contract Role: 2 Days a Week over 2 Months

Our client is an independent media agency based in London driven by behavioural science, creating high-impact campaigns that influence real audience behaviour. They are looking for a hands-on AI and automation delivery specialist to work directly with their teams and help modernise the way they operate.

This is not a strategy or transformation lead role. Instead, it’s a practical, in-business position for

someone who enjoys getting close to day-to-day workflows, understanding how work actually

happens, and then simplifying, automating, or enhancing it using AI and automation tools.

You’ll sit with team leads across the business, analyse their processes, identify what should stop,

streamline, or scale, and then help design and build the right solutions.

What You’ll Do

Understand & diagnose how we work

- Work with individual team heads to map existing processes and ways of working

- Identify activities that are:

1. No longer needed or should be reduced

2. Suitable for automation or process streamlining

3. Good candidates for AI-assisted support or agent-based workflows

Shape and prioritise AI use cases

- Translate workflow issues into clear, practical AI or automation use cases

- Assess opportunities based on scale, impact, effort and risk

- Help sequence and prioritise what to tackle first versus later

Build and implement solutions

- Design and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, or lightweight agents

- Work hands-on with tools such as Microsoft Copilot and workflow automation platforms

- Collaborate with the wider AI technical team where deeper engineering support is needed

Enable the business

- Act as a practical point of reference for teams experimenting with AI day-to-day

- Explain what’s possible, what isn’t, and what’s sensible in plain language

- Document processes, use cases and learnings so capability stays in the business

Work within governance

- Ensure solutions align to AI policy and data governance

- Flag risks early and help teams work safely with AI rather than around it

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Experience working in a business analyst, operations improvement, automation, or digital

delivery role

- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation, or productivity platforms in

a real business environment

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and how it can be embedded into day-to-day work

- Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand problems before

jumping to solutions

- Able to turn messy processes into clear, workable outputs

- Experience in media, marketing, professional services, or agency environments

- Familiarity with AI agents, low-code / no-code automation tools, or scripting for workflow
