The Role
We are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Manager who is passionate about the intersection of sales and technology. This isn't a traditional "cold-calling" role; we are looking for a modern BD professional who knows how to leverage data, LinkedIn, and AI-driven tools to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and strategic outreach.
- LinkedIn Strategy: Execute advanced LinkedIn workflows to build a robust professional network and brand presence.
- Tech Integration: Utilise AI recruitment and BD tools (e.g., automated sequencing, data enrichment, and AI-driven insights) to optimise the sales funnel.
- Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial discovery calls to closing and hand-off.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to refine our value proposition.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Business Development or Sales (Recruitment or Professional Services experience is a plus).
- LinkedIn Expert: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, Boolean search, and Sales Navigator.
- AI Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern BD tech stacks
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
