With a recent brand alignment and an expanding suite of cloud-based automation solutions, they are in a high-growth phase and are looking to add an experienced, high-calibre Business Development professional to their commercial team.

Role Overview

This is a sophisticated, solutions-based sales role focused on driving new business within the corporate, audit, and financial services sectors. Rather than running a transactional sales process, you will act as a consultative partner. You will engage with senior financial decision-makers to identify inefficiencies in their current compliance and calculation workflows, presenting enterprise-grade software solutions that mitigate risk, improve accuracy, and automate manual processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Enterprise Solutions Sales: Manage the complete end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from pipeline generation and qualification to technical demos, commercial negotiation, and closing.

* Consultative Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, credible relationships with high-level financial stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Directors, and Audit/Tax Partners).

* Value-Based Positioning: Map complex software features to real-world business cases, aligning solutions with immediate commercial ROI and regulatory compliance requirements.

* Industry Alignment: Remain abreast of key market, audit, and tax triggers (e.g., digital linking, corporate tax regulations) to introduce urgency into prospective sales pipelines.

* Team Collaboration: Work alongside pre-sales engineers and product experts to scope and pitch tailored enterprise software integrations.

What We Are Looking For

* Sector Background: Proven experience in a Business Development, Account Executive, or consultative sales role within Tax, Audit, FinTech, or Financial Services.

* Solutions Sales Track Record: Demonstrable success managing complex, long-cycle B2B deals rather than short-cycle transactional sales.
