Data Manager

Salary: NJC 28 £42,059 (actual), £36,016 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan pension scheme (LGPS) additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: Full Time 

Contract: Fixed term (November 2025 - March 2026)

Start date: As soon as possible

We are seeking a detail-driven and organised Data Manager to play a key role in how our school uses data to drive improvement.

In this role, you will ensure data is collected, analysed, and presented effectively to support school-wide priorities, including behaviour and attendance. You will lead on managing the school’s Management Information System (MIS), ensuring statutory returns are accurate and completed on time.

It is desirable for the successful candidate to have previous experience using Arbor and a background working within a school environment.

You will also work closely with our central Systems & Data Team, supporting wider data collections and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
