Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders
London, UK · Full-time · On-site (Victoria)
THE COMPANY
LightWork AI is building the operating system for property management.
Our AI agent, Felicity, handles tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and compliance — autonomously. We’re live with clients across the UK and growing quickly.
We’re a small team moving at an uncommon pace. If you want a comfortable 9–5, this probably isn’t the role for you. If you want a front-row seat to building a company that’s going to matter — and to learn how founders actually operate — read on.
THE ROLE
You’ll work directly with the co-founders as their operational right hand — helping keep the company running smoothly and ensuring nothing important slips.
This is not a traditional diary-management role. You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of the company: helping prioritise the founders’ time, preparing them for important conversations, coordinating with clients and investors, and taking ownership of the countless operational details that keep a fast-moving startup functioning.
The best people in this role are proactive, organised, and naturally a few steps ahead. They spot problems before they become issues, protect the founders’ time ruthlessly, and quietly make everyone around them more effective.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to AI and to how a startup actually operates and is excited to take on responsibility quickly. For the right person, this role has a clear path to Chief of Staff as the company scales — taking on greater strategic responsibility across operations, fundraising, and company building.
