Executive Assistant

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a VC-backed Deep Tech start-up based near Oxford, who are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Co-Founder.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. Working closely with the Co-Founder during an exciting phase of growth, you'll act as a true right-hand support across executive operations, business strategy, sales, marketing and stakeholder engagement. You'll be trusted to operate autonomously, drive projects forward and help build the foundations of a rapidly scaling business.
