About Limitless Digital Group

Limitless Digital Group is a multi-brand ecommerce business where IT works closely with Trading, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Finance to support day-to-day trading, operational improvement and longer-term change.

We are not a heavily layered corporate technology environment. The role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact and help business and IT teams collaborate more effectively. It is also a practical, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, requirements need active clarification, and structure needs to be useful rather than bureaucratic.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, drawing clarity out of requests, and turning practical operational problems into well-shaped, deliverable work.

For the right person, this is a genuine opportunity to make delivery clearer, calmer and more effective across a busy ecommerce business.

Limitless Digital Group is looking for an IT Delivery & Business Analysis Manager to bring structure, clarity and control to our software development delivery process.

This is a hands-on delivery operations role, focused on business analysis, Jira discipline, prioritisation, release visibility and stakeholder coordination. The role sits between business stakeholders, developers, QA and IT leadership, helping to turn early-stage business requests into well-shaped, prioritised and testable work.

A major part of the role is making Jira work properly for the business: improving request quality, maintaining workflow discipline, making priorities visible and ensuring development and QA teams receive requests that are clear, prioritised and ready for review.

You will be well suited to this role if you enjoy detail, structure, follow-through and calm coordination under pressure. You should be comfortable working with business stakeholders to clarify early-stage requests across ecommerce, trading, SEO, CRO, warehouse operations, fulfilment, carrier processes or customer experience, then translating them into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and Jira-ready work.

You do not need to be a developer. You do need enough technical awareness to ask sensible questions, understand dependencies, recognise delivery risk and know when to involve the right technical or QA specialist.

This role is about pragmatic delivery control, not rigid methodology implementation. We need someone who can introduce enough structure to improve clarity, consistency and flow, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

What you will be doing

  • Managing development intake and ensuring requests are properly understood before they reach active development
  • Working with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, outcomes, value, urgency and acceptance criteria
  • Maintaining practical Jira workflows, boards, fields, dashboards and reporting
  • Helping prioritise BAU, urgent trading requests, defects, improvements and project work
  • Coordinating with developers, QA and technical leads to understand effort, risk, dependencies and release impact
  • Supporting requirements gathering for operational systems changes, including warehouse, fulfilment and carrier-platform workflows where these interact with software delivery
  • Supporting practical AI or automation initiatives by helping teams clarify use cases, shape requirements and coordinate delivery visibility
  • Making delivery status visible to IT and business stakeholders
  • Ensuring development and QA teams receive requests that are clear, prioritised and ready for review
  • Supporting release planning, UAT readiness and post-release follow-up
  • Escalating priority conflicts and release risks with clear options and recommendations
  • Improving ways of working without adding bureaucracy for its own sake

What we are looking for

  • Strong business analysis and project management skills
  • Hands-on Jira experience, ideally including workflows, dashboards, ticket quality and backlog hygiene
  • Ability to turn early-stage business requests into clear, testable development work
  • Experience working with developers, QA, technical leads and business stakeholders
  • Clear communication style, especially when clarifying scope, urgency or requirements that need further detail
  • Experience bringing practical structure to software delivery without imposing unnecessary process or methodology overhead
  • A pragmatic delivery mindset: enough process to create clarity and control, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Confidence managing pressure and competing priorities without escalating everything upwards
  • Practical mindset: structured, organised, calm and delivery-focused
  • Ability to challenge constructively while remaining helpful and commercially aware

Role focus

Technology strategy and architecture are owned elsewhere in the IT function, so the successful candidate will be comfortable enabling delivery rather than owning technical direction.

LDG is also exploring practical AI adoption across the business. This role may support that journey by helping teams shape AI or automation ideas into clear, prioritised and deliverable requirements, while technology direction and solution ownership remain with the appropriate IT leaders and specialists.

We are looking for pragmatic delivery control rather than strict methodology implementation. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or PRINCE2 can be useful, but the priority is applying the right amount of structure for the business context.

The value of this role is in keeping delivery organised, visible and controlled: requests are clear, Jira is trusted, priorities are visible and development flow is protected.

Useful experience

Experience in ecommerce, retail, Magento / Adobe Commerce, PIM, WMS, CRM, analytics, SEO, CRO, warehouse operations, fulfilment or carrier/logistics platforms would be useful, but it is not essential. Strong BA/PM discipline and practical Jira ownership are more important.

Experience supporting AI-enabled process improvements, automation initiatives or business change would also be useful, particularly where this involved clarifying use cases, shaping requirements and coordinating delivery.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples of Jira workflows, ticket structures, acceptance criteria, intake processes and stakeholder prioritisation routines they have personally owned or improved.
