The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national standards and guidance for digital, data and technology

• Manage complex transformation projects from conception to delivery

• Monitor and evaluate transformation impact, driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent senior-level experience in digital, data and technology
• Proven track record leading digital transformation in NHS acute environments
• Deep understanding of health service provision and healthcare standards
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex digital programmes
• Experience with new build or refurbishment projects in acute healthcare settings is highly desirable
• Strong project management capabilities, including risk management and change control
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Willingness to travel across multiple UK sites
