Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Central London

Remuneration: £175k-£200k basic + exceptional package + bonus + possible equity participation

Our client, a leading provider of RegTech compliance software and services, is seeking an experienced Managing Director to take P&L control of the business and drive strategic growth initiatives.

The business provides compliance software and services, helping organisations across the UK and internationally manage their regulatory compliance.

Having been recently acquired by a major private equity group, the business continues to grow and supports upwards of 30,000 users across SMEs and global enterprises.

The role has arisen as a result of the founder moving up to the Chairman role, creating the need for a seasoned executive to lead the business to the next stage of maturity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business partnerships to drive revenue growth

- Take full P&L responsibility for the business, ensuring financial targets are met

- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

- Drive operational efficiency and mature business processes to support continued growth

- Lead the Board of Directors, and work with PE owners to set and achieve strategic goals

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Managing Director or similar executive leadership role

- Strong background in software and technology, SaaS, or related business services, with experience in RegTech or compliance preferred

- Excellent strategic planning and business development skills

- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
