Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will run your own desk end to end with full ownership of clients, candidates, and billings.

You will:

• Manage and grow an established specialist desk
• Win new business and deepen existing client relationships
• Deliver permanent and/or contract placements at a senior level
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
• Contribute to market insight, content, and brand presence

This is a delivery and revenue-driving role. Autonomy comes with accountability.

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong, consistent billing history
• Confidence in business development and client management
• A consultative approach, not volume-driven recruitment
• Self-motivation and the ability to run your desk without micromanagement
