Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

  • Valid ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CIS).

  • Strong background in Agile, ITIL, and business process modelling.

  • Experience with multi-cloud integrations and automation.

  • Willing to visit offices across the country as needed.

  • Eligible for SC Clearance and a UK resident for at least 5 years.
