ServiceNow Technical Consultant

This role is fully remote. 

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This fully remote role is ideal for a skilled professional with a deep understanding of ServiceNow and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Customise and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Perform system integration and ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during and after implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and processes.
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
