We’re a growing business with a strong reputation in a niche market, and we’re now looking to add a part-time Telesales / Business Development Executive to support our client growth.

The Role

This is a phone-focused business development role within recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce Linking Humans, understand hiring needs, and book qualified meetings for our senior consultants.

This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and opening doors.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Introducing Linking Humans and our recruitment services
  • Qualifying interest and identifying hiring needs
  • Booking meetings for senior consultants
  • Following up warm leads and previous contacts
  • Updating CRM with call outcomes and notes
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous telesales, sales, or business development experience
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Comfortable handling objections and starting conversations
  • Well organised and reliable
  • Recruitment or B2B sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Happy working part-time in an office environment
