ServiceNow Solution Architect (CSM) | Remote Contract Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise across Customer Service Management (CSM), alongside exposure to FSM, ITSM and SPM. The role will focus on the design, optimisation and expansion of an enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform, including solution architecture, integrations, workflow automation, AI-driven capabilities and stakeholder engagement.
Key requirements:
Extensive ServiceNow Solution Architecture experience
Strong experience with CSM (essential)
Knowledge of FSM, ITSM and/or SPM
Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, APIs and enterprise integrations
Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, Virtual Agent and Knowledge Management
Client-facing stakeholder management experience
Strong communication skills
Additional details:
Primarily remote role, with only occasional travel to Wokingham, UK if required
Initial 6-month contract with extension potential
