Head of QA

Web testing. API testing. Mobile testing. You've seen it all. Test Automation is your bread and butter. You've set up CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI or Jenkins. You've led and managed various teams, coaching and mentoring other members. If you feel like you've reached the top in your current role with no more space to grow, then this position could be your next challenge. You'll be working as the Head of QA for a newly emerging scale-up company operating in the AI space. They create software solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence and allow companies to manipulate their data in a way that allows them to make more informed corporate decisions, as well as create clear visualization insights. They're also looking to develop functionality for mobile and wearable devices.

• Designing, implementing, and streamlining the testing strategies, making sure that for each project the most appropriate tools and frameworks are being used in an effective way.
• You'll be the leading voice of the testing department, playing a key role in shifting the testing left, and shaping the vision moving forward.

• Extensive experience in both automation and manual testing, having been hands-on with building frameworks from scratch in your previous roles.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven management track record.
