🎯 Key Responsibilities

• High-Value Merchant Acquisition: Target, pitch, and onboard global merchant accounts—specifically Western/European iGaming (Casino) operators and game publishers—requiring localized payment processing in Brazil.
• Volume Driving: Capitalize on our high payout success rates and D0 settlement speed to convert prospects and scale their Gross Transaction Volume (GTV).
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach and commercial negotiation through to the launch of technical integration.

🚀 What We Are Looking For

• Industry Network (Non-Negotiable): You must possess an active network or an existing book of business consisting of international iGaming / Casino operators, software providers, or tier-1 publishers.
• Proven Track Record: At least 2-3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within Cross-Border Payments, Fintech, or the iGaming/Gambling sector.
• Language Fluency: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to seamlessly negotiate with international decision-makers.
• Results-Oriented Hunger: A strong desire to bypass traditional salary caps and maximize wealth through high-volume transaction splits.
