Salesforce Administrator

Feel like a new interim contract supporting a business post deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud? They’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who can lead the ongoing maintenance and end user support. This is a three-month initial daily-rate contract which is inside of IR35 and therefore must be worked through an umbrella company.

Your main responsibility as Salesforce Administrator will be to support Salesforce maintenance alongside supporting the transition of phased new features for Salesforce into BAU, managing defects, and deploying small change. This role also requires somebody with excellent communication skills to support upskilling of the current BAU team in relation to Salesforce features and functionality in the long-term.

Essential experience:

• A successful commercial track record in a Salesforce Administrator capacity
• Experience providing configuration changes such as flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps and other maintenance routines
• Investigation of defects, and referral of complex bug fixes for future development sprints
• Upskilling internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
