IT Support Analyst

Lisa Wright Recruitment is supporting a client in their search for a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a key role, providing technical support to lawyers, partners, and business support colleagues, ensuring they have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology.

*Option of working from Spalding, Huntingdon, Birmingham or Nottingham office locations*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and legal applications (e.g., iManage).
  • Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain inventories, adhere to security standards, and assist with IT projects.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in professional services, financial, or legal environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and user administration.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.

Desirable:

  • Experience with legal applications, networking, or remote working technologies.
  • ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications.

Working Arrangements:

  • Office-based with some hybrid working depending on business needs.
  • Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work for system upgrades or critical issues.
  • Travel to other offices may be required.
