About the Role:
As a Maintenance Administrator and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team with a blend of data analysis, Power BI reporting, and SAP-based administration. Your contribution will help drive operational efficiency, support business decisions, and keep day-to-day maintenance processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analyst Duties:
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards to support routine maintenance processes.
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and support business insights.
- Automate and streamline reporting, working with data from systems such as SAP.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to the maintenance team.
- Manage procurement tasks in SAP, including material requisitions and documentation.
- Support with backlog management, PPM updates, and general SAP housekeeping.
- Assist with managing and organising technical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in data analysis, including data modelling and visualisation.
- Working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, adapt to change, and take initiative.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a similar analytical/administrative role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Flexibility to work on-site at the Humber Refinery.
