THE COMPANY
This is an award-winning creative events agency producing conferences, exhibitions, brand activations and digital experiences for major UK brands. Everything — creative, production, content, video and digital — exists under one roof, enabling ideas to move from initial concept to delivery with precision and speed.
The digital team builds the technology that powers unforgettable live experiences: registration platforms, check-in systems, touchscreen apps, games, interactive kiosks, QR and barcode journeys, and integrations with onsite hardware. Their work ensures events feel seamless, intuitive and immersive for every attendee.
Culture is at the heart of the business. It’s a close-knit, collaborative studio where people genuinely enjoy working together. Developers are trusted, listened to and given autonomy to explore new tools, push boundaries and influence best practice. If you thrive in an environment where creativity and technology meet — and where every project feels fresh — this team offers exactly that.
THE ROLE
As Full Stack Developer, you will build the digital products that sit at the centre of live event experiences. You’ll take designer mock-ups and turn them into polished, accessible front-end interfaces supported by robust Laravel back-ends. Projects typically run in short cycles, giving you the chance to try new ideas, iterate quickly and ship regularly.
You’ll also work closely with experiential technology — integrating your applications with tablets, badge printers, scanners and onsite networks. Alongside event-focused builds, you’ll contribute to internal tools that improve efficiency and help the organisation deliver even better experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Building responsive, accessible front-end interfaces from design mock-ups
- Developing secure, scalable Laravel back-end systems (models, migrations, APIs, admin UIs)
- Integrating apps with hardware such as printers, scanners and touchscreens
- Collaborating with Producers, designers and project teams to scope solutions
- Attending occasional client calls to gather feedback or demo work
- Ensuring GDPR-aligned security and data-protection standards
- Enhancing internal tooling, monitoring and workflow automation
- Exploring AI and emerging technologies to improve development processes
THE CANDIDATE
In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of being a Full Stack Developer who can own a project end-to-end — from understanding a brief to deploying a finished product. You will need a minimum of 3–4 years’ commercial or agency development experience, Strong Laravel and SQL skills, including database design and migrations. Alongside this you will need solid understanding of core web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS)
