Workday Product Manager

A Workday Product Manager (Techno-Functional) is responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing the Workday platform to meet business objectives across Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, and other enterprise functions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR/Finance teams, IT, and third-party vendors, the role ensures that Workday solutions deliver maximum business value while maintaining optimal system performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, configuring and managing Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Finance, and overseeing Workday integrations with enterprise systems. The role also drives product strategy, prioritizes enhancements, manages the product roadmap, supports Agile delivery, and ensures continuous improvement, governance, and alignment of the Workday platform with organizational goals.

📍 Location: London

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

💰 Rate: £750-£800 per day Inside IR35

📅 Duration: 6 Months

Key Skills:

✅ Strong experience with Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
