Lender Integration Hub Leader

We are currently looking for a Lender Integration Hub Leader to join our lively and fast-paced team in Wolverhampton!

Hours of Work: full time

The Lender Integration Hub Leader will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of motor finance claims submitted to lenders. You will manage data feeds, ensure accurate claim submission, monitor responses, and streamline processes through automation. Working closely with various teams, you will maintain data integrity and improve operational efficiency to support the organisation's objectives.

Lender Integration Hub Leader requirements:

1. Proven experience managing high-volume data-driven or operational processes, preferably within financial services or claims management.
2. Excellent skills in Excel, including merging, cleaning, and analysing large datasets.
3. Familiarity with SQL and MongoDB for data querying and validation (helpful but not essential).
4. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
