Are you an organised individual with excellent communication skills and looking to develop your experience within project delivery and business change?
We're looking for a Project Support Administrator to join a busy IT & Business Transformation team, supporting a range of business improvement initiatives over the next 12 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in administration, project support, PMO, coordination, or business support who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and ensuring the smooth running of projects.

The Role:
Working alongside Project Managers and Business Change colleagues, you'll provide valuable support across multiple projects, helping to coordinate communications, documentation, training activities, and change initiatives across the wider business. You'll play an important role in ensuring colleagues are kept informed throughout project delivery, project documentation is maintained, training activities are coordinated, and key actions are tracked to support successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of business change and improvement projects.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, communications, and training plans.
- Help coordinate project communications to ensure stakeholders are kept informed throughout project lifecycles.
- Support change impact assessments and help gather information from business departments.
- Liaise with Learning & Development teams to coordinate training activities.
- Assist with tracking project milestones, actions, risks, and key success measures.
- Support meetings, workshops, and project governance activities through administration and coordination.
- Ensure documentation, processes, procedures, and project records are accurate and up to date.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination, project support, PMO support, or business support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident building positive working relationships across different teams.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support others.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
