We're looking for a bold, curious, and action-oriented Product Owner to help us push boundaries and deliver real impact creating a world leading transaction data product. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Working with engineers to build data products on Google Cloud to enable our colleagues and business teams to achieve their strategies and goals. Building a future looking roadmap whilst ruthlessly prioritising, collaborating with our Business Units and platform teams and always keeping an eye on market trends and opportunities. Making sure our products remain compliant, managing the required governance to keep our customer data safe. Working with our sister lab teams and wider platforms and AI Centre of Excellence to make sure our data product is front, and centre of all business units plans and strategies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Previous experience as Product Owner in an AI/Machine Learning team is essential. Experience of delivering in teams driving forward a clear product vision, shape and manage product backlogs with a focus on achieving agreed outcomes and deliverables. Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change. Experience tackling complex problems and breaking them out into a roadmap of viable solutions. Experience of crafting a phenomenal team environment that attracts and retains talent. Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organisation.
